Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During high volume time periods, orders may take an additional 1-2 business days to process

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and current USPS rates. Customers will be able to review available shipping options and costs before completing their purchase.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using USPS. Delivery times vary by location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. After Tea is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@aftertea.co within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with USPS to help resolve the issue.
