Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@aftertea.co. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
